Let’s Talk Split Pass

The Split Pass is a nice passing style to add to your passing game just because of how easy it is to establish the grips.

🔑 Key detail: Just understand you need to keep the bottom leg pinned to avoid any Triangle or other threats. Also, be sure to apply pressure behind their hamstring.

It’s also a great way to to force the Half Guard.
