Happy holidays and make sure you enjoy your time off while you recover and stay connected to Jiu Jitsu...
It’s the holidays again and it’s time for you start hitting that snooze button!
So a quick word from our sponsor:

Don’t be that person who uses their elbows.
I’ve been catching up on watching Worlds Nogi this week.
And I’ve seen some questionable Closed Guard decisions from even upper belts.
I know it’s sexy to play a lot of open guard—I do it too.
But it’s a little embarrassing when you end up in someone’s Closed Guard and you don’t know what to do.
Complaining about neck pain.
If you haven’t already tried this stretch, you should.
It’ll take the tension off your neck and help with your back.
Your sitting posture can definitely use this.
…Especially if you’re staring at this email on your phone.
Are you too young to think about how you’re aging? Probably not.
Starting in our 30s, some key cellular processes begin to slow down, making us feel tired and weak over time. But, a group of scientists spent 15 years developing a way to combat this decline. Meet Mitopure®, by Timeline, a clinically proven way to increase cellular energy, giving our bodies the energy they need to function optimally. The results? Double-digit increases in muscle strength and endurance without any change in exercise.
I’m actually in a video this time
Here’s a short clip of me being an uke.
Do more than just train Jiu Jitsu
If you love Jiu Jitsu, think about how you’d do more for the martial art?
Are you just going to make silly memes and post more useless content on the internet?
Posting flashy techniques on Instagram for likes and fire emojis?
The easiest thing to start doing is to write.
I’ve started this newsletter as a hobby and as a passion project.
And now it’s going to soon take over my full-time job…
Happy Holidays,
